Connect with Members from across the world, enjoy small bites and refreshments, and take in the spectacular views of Pariser Platz and the Brandenburg Gate.  

Pre-registration is required for this event. A complimentary shuttle will take Members from GIIA’s Member Lounge to the Allianz Forum. Registration for GIIA’s Member Lounge during the conference is available here.

When is the annual Berlin Members Reception? 

  • The GIIA Berlin Members Reception is Wednesday, March 25th from 18:00 to 21:00. 

What is the address of the Berlin Members Reception? 

  • Pariser Platz 6, 10117 Berlin. Members can check in with event staff at the street entrance near Brandenburg Gate.  

What time should I arrive for the Members Reception? 

  • Starting at 18:00, registered guests are free to come and go as they please from the Reception. Complimentary shuttle transport between Allianz Forum and the GIIA Meeting Hub at the Grand Hyatt will be available throughout the night. 

Which entrance should I use at the Allianz Forum? 

Do I need to register in advance? 

  • Yes. All attendees must register in advance of the Reception. Entry cannot be guaranteed without confirmation, and venue staff may refuse admission. 

I am not a GIIA member, can I still attend the Reception? 

  • The GIIA Berlin Reception is open to Members only. For information about joining GIIA, contact info@giia.net.
